If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards the center of Dnieper. Follow the signs for M18 towards Kyiv. After merging onto M18, continue on the highway for approximately 4 hours. As you approach Kyiv, take the exit toward the city center. Use GPS navigation to guide you to Vulytsya Tereshchenkivsʹka, 9. Parking may be available nearby, but be aware of potential parking fees.

To reach the National Museum 'Kyiv Picture Gallery' via public transportation, head to the Dnieper train station. Purchase a ticket to Kyiv (approximately 200-400 UAH depending on the service). Trains run regularly, and the journey takes about 3-4 hours. Once you arrive at Kyiv's main train station, exit and take the Metro. Board the red line (M1) towards 'Aeroport.' At the 'Zoloti Vorota' station, transfer to the blue line (M3) towards 'Heroiv Dnipra' and get off at 'Universytet' station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Vulytsya Tereshchenkivsʹka, 9.
