Car
Starting from the center of Hoverla Mountain, head east on the road that leads towards the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Follow the signs for the Hoverla National Park. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Take a left turn onto the unnamed road. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you see a small parking area on your right. Park your car here. Pam'yatna Plyta is a short hike from this parking area, approximately 1 kilometer uphill. Follow the marked hiking trail that leads to Pam'yatna Plyta, which is known for its beautiful views and is a popular site for hikers.
Public Transportation
From the main bus station in Hoverla Mountain, take a local bus that goes to Ivano-Frankivsk. This bus usually departs every hour, and the fare is around 30 UAH. After about 30 minutes of travel, get off at the nearest stop to the Hoverla National Park. From the stop, you can either walk or take a taxi to the unnamed road leading to the park. If walking, it will take approximately 20 minutes to reach the parking area. Once you arrive at the parking lot, Pam'yatna Plyta is about a 1-kilometer hike uphill on the marked trail.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a local taxi from Hoverla Mountain to take you to the parking area near Pam'yatna Plyta. The cost for this ride typically ranges from 200 to 300 UAH, depending on your negotiation skills and the taxi service. The taxi will drop you off at the parking area, from where you can hike the remaining 1 kilometer to Pam'yatna Plyta.
