To reach Обзорный пункт via public transportation, take a bus from the central bus station in Hoverla Mountain. Look for buses heading towards Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. Ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Vulytsya Hoverlyansʹka' stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the entrance of the hiking trail leading to the viewpoint. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited.
