Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Ivano-Frankivsk, which is the nearest major city. Drive west on the H-09 highway towards Yaremche. After about 50 km, follow the signs to the village of Vorokhta. From Vorokhta, take the road leading to the Hoverla trailhead. There is a parking area near the trailhead where you can leave your vehicle. Note that parking may incur a small fee (approximately 50 UAH). The trail to Hoverla begins at the parking lot.

To reach Hoverla using public transportation, take a train or bus from Ivano-Frankivsk to Yaremche, which takes about 1 hour. Once in Yaremche, transfer to a local bus heading towards Vorokhta. This leg of the journey should take around 30 minutes. After reaching Vorokhta, you can either walk to the Hoverla trailhead (approximately 5 km, about an hour's walk) or catch a taxi (costing around 100-150 UAH) to the trailhead. The trail to Hoverla begins at the parking lot near the trailhead.
