The Serene Splendor of Holy Trinity Monastery in Kyiv

Getting There

• Metro

  If you are near the city center, head to the nearest metro station, which could be 'Olympiiska' or 'Palats Sportu'. Take the blue line (M3) towards 'Heroiv Dnipra'. Travel for 5 stops and get off at 'Vystavkovyi Tsentr' station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for the exit toward VDNH (Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy). From VDNH, you can catch a bus or tram heading to the Holosiivs'kyi district. Look for routes 17 or 47 that will take you closer to Kytaivska Street. Disembark at 'Kytaivska' stop, and walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the Holy Trinity Monastery.

• Bus

  If you are near the central area, find a bus stop and take bus number 34 or 39 heading towards Holosiivs'kyi district. The bus will take you directly to 'Kytaivska' stop. Once you get off, walk about 5 minutes to the Holy Trinity Monastery, which should be visible from the street.

• Tram

  Locate the nearest tram stop and take tram number 8 or 11 towards 'Vystavkovyi Tsentr'. After about 15 minutes, get off at 'Holosiivska' stop. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to the monastery. Head east along Holosiivskyi Avenue, then turn left onto Kytaivska Street, and you will reach your destination.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Holosiivs'kyi district or nearby, you can walk to the Holy Trinity Monastery. Simply navigate to Kytaivska St. by asking locals or using a map application on your phone. The monastery is situated at Kytaivska St, 15, 32, and should be marked on any map.
