Metro
If you are near the metro station, take the red line (M1) towards 'Lisova'. Get off at 'Arsenalna' station. From there, exit the station and head southeast towards the intersection with Parkova Road. Continue on Parkova Road until you reach Shovkovychna St. Turn left onto Shovkovychna St, and you will find Mansion Kowalewski at number 1/15 on your right.
Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 24 or 400. Ride until you reach the stop 'Palats Sportu'. From the bus stop, walk southeast towards Shovkovychna St. Once you reach Shovkovychna St, turn left, and Mansion Kowalewski will be at number 1/15 on your right side.

If you are in the city center, head east towards Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square). From there, walk along Instytutska St. until you reach the intersection with Shovkovychna St. Turn right onto Shovkovychna St, and you will see Mansion Kowalewski at 1/15 on your left after a short walk.

Find the nearest tram stop and take tram number 18 towards 'Darnytsia'. Get off at the 'Palats Sportu' stop. From there, head southeast along Shovkovychna St. Mansion Kowalewski will be located at 1/15 on your right.
