If you are starting from Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square), take the Metro Line 2 (Blue Line) from Maidan Nezalezhnosti station towards Obolon. Get off at the next stop, which is Khreshchatyk. Transfer to Metro Line 1 (Red Line) at Khreshchatyk and head towards the station Arsenalna. After boarding, get off at Arsenalna station. From here, exit the station and head towards the Park of Eternal Glory.

Once you exit Arsenalna Metro station, walk towards the Park of Eternal Glory, which is located to the west. You will see a large monument and park area. Continue walking straight through the park until you reach the intersection with Parkova Rd. Turn left onto Parkova Rd and continue walking. The Mikhailo Glinka Monument is located on the left side at Parkova Rd, 3.

For those near the city center, you can also take bus number 24 from the stop on Khreshchatyk Street. Get off at the Parkova Rd stop, and walk a short distance to the Mikhailo Glinka Monument located at Parkova Rd, 3.

If you are closer to the Lvivska Square, take tram number 14 towards the station 'Vystavkovyi Tsentr.' After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Parkova Rd.' From there, walk a few minutes towards Parkova Rd, and you will find the Mikhailo Glinka Monument at Parkova Rd, 3.
