If you're close to Taras Shevchenko Park, start by heading east towards the park exit onto Shevchenka Boulevard. Turn left onto Shevchenka Boulevard and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hrushevskoho Street. Cross the street and continue onto Parkova Doroha. The Arka Svobody Ukrayinsʹkoho Narodu will be on your right as you approach the Dnipro River.

If you're further away, you can take the metro. Head to the nearest metro station, such as Universytet (Blue Line) or Zoloti Vorota (Golden Gate - Blue Line). From Universytet, take the train towards Lysenko, and get off at Arsenalna station. Exit the station and walk south along Hrushevskoho Street. Turn left onto Parkova Doroha, and the Arka Svobody will be on your left.

You can also take a bus or tram. Look for the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards Pechersk. Bus numbers 24, 26 or tram number 18 often pass nearby.
