    If you prefer taking a bus, you can board bus number 24 or 114 from 'Maidan Nezalezhnosti' bus stop. Travel towards 'Pivdennyi' and get off at 'Zолоті ворота' (Golden Gates). From there, walk east towards 'Liuteranska Street', turn left, and continue until you reach number 23.

    Alternatively, you can take tram number 18 from the 'Maidan Nezalezhnosti' tram stop. Ride until you reach the 'Palats Sportu' stop.
