Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are in Pechersk, the nearest metro station is 'Arsenalna' on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line (blue line). From there, take the escalator to the surface and exit the station. Turn left and walk down Mechnykova Street until you reach the intersection with Lavrska Street.

  • Walking

    Once you reach the intersection of Mechnykova Street and Lavrska Street, turn right onto Lavrska Street. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Kiev Pechersk Lavra on your left. The entrance is marked with a large sign and is hard to miss.

  • Public Bus

    Alternatively, you can take bus number 24 or 55 from any nearby bus stop in Pechersk. Board the bus and get off at the stop named 'Kiev Pechersk Lavra'. The fare is approximately 8 UAH. From the bus stop, walk a short distance toward Lavrska Street, and you will find the entrance.
