Khmelnytskoho Street and follow it until you reach the traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Lychakivska Street. Walk along Lychakivska Street for about 15-20 minutes until you see the entrance to Park Pohulyanka on your right. The park is located in the Lychakivskyi District and is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.

From the city center, you can take tram number 1 or 9 from the Shevchenka Avenue tram stop. Ride the tram for about 10 minutes until you reach the Lychakivska Street stop.
