Walking

If you are starting from the city center, head southeast on Svobody Avenue (Prospekt Svobody) toward the intersection with Shevchenka Street. Khmelnytskoho Street and follow it until you reach the traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Lychakivska Street. Walk along Lychakivska Street for about 15-20 minutes until you see the entrance to Park Pohulyanka on your right. The park is located in the Lychakivskyi District and is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.
Public Transport

From the city center, you can take tram number 1 or 9 from the Shevchenka Avenue tram stop. Ride the tram for about 10 minutes until you reach the Lychakivska Street stop. Once you get off, walk along Lychakivska Street for about 5-10 minutes. Park Pohulyanka will be on your left side.
