The Taras Shevchenko Monument will be located on your right-hand side after approximately 3 minutes of walking.

    If you prefer to take public transport, walk to the nearest tram stop from Rynok Square, which is 'Virmenska' tram stop. Board tram number 1 or 2 heading towards 'Zaliznychnyi Vokzal' (Train Station). After about 5 stops (around 10 minutes), get off at 'Svobody Avenue' stop. From there, walk back along Svobody Avenue for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Taras Shevchenko Monument on your left.
