If you are starting from the central area of Poltava, head towards Sobornosti Street (вул. Соборності). You can begin at the Poltava Regional Museum, located at 2, Kovalivska Street. From the museum, walk east along Kovalivska Street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Sobornosti Street. Turn left onto Sobornosti Street and continue walking straight for approximately 1 kilometer. The Eagle monument is located at Sobornosti St, 42, on your right side.
