Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Poltava Railway Station, exit the station and head north along the main road, Shevchenka Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the beautiful architecture along the way. Turn left onto Kovalya Street, and walk for another 500 meters. Slavy Square will be on your right, and it is a large open area that often hosts events.

From the Poltava Railway Station, you can take the number 4 or 7 bus heading towards the center. Get off at the stop 'Central Market' (Центральний ринок), which is a popular landmark.
