Car
From the center of Pylypets, head southwest on the H09 highway towards Mizhhirya. Continue on H09 for approximately 19 kilometers (about 25 minutes). Once you reach Mizhhirya, take the T0716 road towards the town of Svalyava. After about 13 kilometers, merge onto the E50/M06 highway towards Kyiv. Follow the signs for Kyiv for approximately 180 kilometers (around 2.5 hours). Once you enter Kyiv, follow the signs to Shevchenkivs'kyi district and Maidan Nezalezhnosti. The Independence Monument will be clearly visible as you approach the square.
