Getting There

Car
From Pylypets, head southwest on the H09 road towards Mukachevo. Continue on H09 until you reach the junction with the M06 highway. Take the M06 towards Kyiv. Follow the M06 for approximately 200 km. As you approach Kyiv, take the exit toward the city center. Continue on the road, and then follow signs for Pechersk district. Once in the Pechersk district, use GPS navigation to find Lavrska St, 15, where the Kiev Pechersk Lavra is located. There is paid parking available nearby, so be prepared to pay a parking fee.

Public Transportation
From Pylypets, take a local bus or taxi to the nearest train station (Mukachevo). Board a train from Mukachevo to Kyiv. The train ride takes approximately 5-6 hours. Once you arrive at Kyiv's main train station, you can take the Metro (Subway) Line 1 (Red Line) towards the 'Aeroport' direction. Get off at Arsenalna station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Kiev Pechersk Lavra. You can also take a taxi from the train station to the Lavra if you prefer not to walk. Make sure to have some cash as some taxis might not accept card payments.
