If you are starting from the city center, head towards the main street, Ulitsa Komsomol'skaya. Walk towards the south until you reach the intersection with Ulitsa Lenina. Turn left onto Ulitsa Lenina and continue straight until you see the entrance to the Panoramic Museum on Istorychnyi Blvd. It should take you about 20-25 minutes on foot.
