If you are driving from Abu Dhabi city, head east on Sheikh Zayed the First Street (also known as Airport Road). Continue for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the Mafraq area. Take the exit toward Mafraq Industrial Area, and follow the signs directing you to Wathba Wetland Reserve. You will see the entrance to the reserve on your left. Parking is available near the entrance.

For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Wathba Wetland Reserve Main Entrance' in the Mafraq Industrial Area. The ride should take around 30-45 minutes depending on traffic, and the fare will be approximately 100-150 AED.

If you prefer public transportation, take the Abu Dhabi Bus (Route 56) towards Al Ain. You will need to get off at the Mafraq Hospital stop. From there, you can either walk approximately 2 kilometers to the Wathba Wetland Reserve Main Entrance or arrange for a taxi to take you the rest of the way. Be aware that public transport may have limited schedules, so check the timings in advance.
