Excellent and trustworthy guide!

I hired Jamie directly through his website apathlessknown.com for a trip to Bullers of Buchan so I can see puffins and take photos. I wired him money from the states a while back to reserve the date. He picked me up at where I’m staying. It was a solo trip with him. FYI He does have a very nice van that can hold 7 people. Jamie is the most professional and kindest guide out there! So trustworthy and personable. So happy to find him! He will do what he can to make sure you get to see what you want (as much as nature cooperates!). Northeast Scotland - you can’t go wrong. You won’t be sorry!

Fabulous, fun, informative tour

Steve is a fantastic tour guide, tremendously knowledgable in the geology and history of the northeast of Scotland. He engages with the tour participants with interest and humour. The tour is ideal for couples, small groups or single travellers. The stops on the tour are all easily reached from Steve's very comfortable minibus and show off the area, from rocky shores to wide vistas. It's a great excursion from Aberdeen for all levels of geological knowledge and ends with gin tasting at a sustainable distillery overlooking a castle, beach and the North Sea. Thoroughly recommended!
