To reach the Port of Belfast from Antrim by car, start by getting onto the M2 motorway from Antrim. Follow the M2 southbound for approximately 20 miles until you reach the exit for the A12 towards Belfast. Continue on the A12, which will turn into the A2 as you approach the city. Stay on the A2, following signs for the city center and the port. As you get closer, follow the signs for 'Port of Belfast' which will direct you towards the docks. The port is located at the address Belfast BT3 9AG. Note that there may be parking fees at the port depending on the duration of your stay.

To travel from Antrim to the Port of Belfast using public transportation, start at the Antrim train station. Board a train heading towards Belfast Central. The journey typically takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Belfast Central, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located outside the station. Catch the Metro Bus Service 26 or 26A, which will take you directly to the Port of Belfast. The bus ride takes around 15-20 minutes. Make sure to have some change or a contactless payment method ready, as the bus fare is approximately £2.50.
