Make your way to Bath Spa Railway Station. You can reach the station by walking or taking a local bus. Once at the station, check the train schedule for trains heading to Chippenham. Trains run regularly throughout the day and the journey takes about 12-15 minutes. Upon arriving at Chippenham station, you can take a taxi or local bus to reach Castle Combe, which is approximately 4 miles away.

Walking
If you prefer a longer journey and enjoy walking, you can start from Bath city center and walk towards Chippenham. The distance is about 10 miles and will take approximately 3-4 hours. Head northwest toward the A4 road and follow it out of the city. After exiting Bath, follow the signs to Chippenham. This route may not have pedestrian pathways for the entire distance, so it is recommended to check your route on a map or GPS.
