From there, follow signs to Cardiff Bay, which is a 15-minute walk. Head towards the waterfront and follow the signs to Mermaid Quay. The Cardiff Cruises will be located in this area.

Make your way to Bristol Temple Meads railway station. Purchase a ticket for a train to Cardiff Central. The train journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Cardiff Central, exit the station and follow the signs to Cardiff Bay. This is a 15-minute walk, where you will arrive at Mermaid Quay, home to Cardiff Cruises.

If you're already in Cardiff, you can walk to Mermaid Quay from central Cardiff. Start at St. Mary Street and head south towards the river. Cross over the bridge at the end of the street, and you will find yourself at the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront, and you'll see Mermaid Quay ahead.
