Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from Cardiff Central Station, exit the station and head south towards St. Mary Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Castle Street, where you will take a left. Walk along Castle Street, passing the iconic Cardiff Castle on your right. Continue until you reach the junction with Queen Street. Turn right onto Queen Street and walk straight until you reach the end of the street at the junction with St. Mary Street. Here, you will cross over the road and follow the signs leading you to the waterfront area. Continue walking towards the Cardiff Bay area, following the signs for the Millennium Centre. Once you reach the waterfront, turn left onto Pierhead Street, and The Senedd will be directly in front of you at Pierhead St, Cardiff CF99 1SN.

    From Cardiff Central Station, you can catch a bus to Cardiff Bay. Look for the bus stops near the station and board either the number 6 or number 8 bus, both of which head towards Cardiff Bay. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for the Senedd. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the waterfront, and you will see The Senedd right in front of you at Pierhead St, Cardiff CF99 1SN.
