If you are in Roath, you can walk to the National Museum Cardiff. Start by heading west on Wellfield Road until you reach Albany Road. Turn left onto Albany Road and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. From there, take a right onto City Road and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto North Road. The museum will be on your left after a few minutes of walking. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 miles and should take around 30 minutes.

You can also take a bus from Roath to the National Museum Cardiff. Look for Bus Number 38 or 39 at any bus stop on Wellfield Road, heading towards the city center. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Alight at the 'Museum' stop, which is just a short walk from the museum entrance. Be sure to check the bus schedule for times, as they may vary. The fare is approximately £1.50 for a single ticket.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike at any of the bike rental stations in Roath. Head northwest on Wellfield Road, then take a left onto Albany Road.
