From Derry, head to the Derry/Londonderry train station located at the Waterside. Take a train towards Coleraine. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the Castlerock station, which is the closest station to the beach.

Once you arrive at Castlerock train station, exit the station and turn left onto Station Road. Follow Station Road until you reach the junction with Sea Road. Turn right onto Sea Road and continue straight. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Castlerock Beach, which will be on your left.
