From the city centre of Durham, head towards the main bus station located at North Road. Walk along North Road until you reach the pedestrian bridge over the River Wear. Keep walking along the path until you approach the Gateshead Millennium Bridge. Once you reach the bridge, cross it to the other side, which leads you directly to the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art located at S Shore Rd, Gateshead NE8 3BA.

From the main bus station in Durham, board the bus number 56 or 57 heading towards Gateshead. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Request to get off at the stop 'Gateshead Interchange'.
