If you're traveling by car, head to North Berwick, using the A1 road. From the A1, take the exit for North Berwick (A198). Follow the A198 into North Berwick. Once in the town, continue straight until you reach the junction with the High Street and turn left. Follow the High Street, and then turn right onto Westgate. After approximately 0.5 miles, take a slight left onto Garleton Road, which will lead you towards Garleton Castle. Look for signs or landmarks that indicate you are nearing the castle. There is no specific parking at Garleton Castle, so be cautious to park legally and considerately in the surrounding area.

For those using public transportation, take a train from Edinburgh Waverley Station to North Berwick Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes and trains run regularly. Once you arrive at North Berwick Station, exit the station and turn left onto Station Road. Continue to the A198 and turn right. Walk along the A198 towards the town center. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto High Street, then take a right onto Westgate. Follow Westgate for about 0.5 miles and then turn left onto Garleton Road.
