Royal Mile walking tour
A three-hour tour feels all too short when you have a guide as exceptional as David exploring a city as magnificent as Edinburgh. David, a genuine Scottish historian and the narrator for the Palace of Holyroodhouse audio tour, is clearly passionate about his country’s history and eager to share it. The tour was outstanding, covering nearly everything of note on the Royal Mile. I highly recommend this tour, especially if David is leading it.

Hop on, hop off Green bus
I had an afternoon to spare in Edinburgh, (travelling solo). I jumped on a green hop on hop off bus and had a great afternoon. I went round the full circuit listening to one tour guide and found it really informative. I then did it again with different tour guides but stopped off in several different places. H2 guide had something a little bit different to add they were very friendly and the buses were easy to use I would recommend recommend it.

Best way to see Edinburgh
Best way to see Edinburgh! We were staying for 2 days so bought the 2 tours ticket and did the city tour on our first day, then the Britannia tour on day 2. Very informative, good commentary via headphones and great way to see the area. Would highly recommend both tours and the ticket price is very good value for money.
