Getting There

    From Glasgow Central Station, take the train to Gourock. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Gourock Station, exit the station and head towards the Gourock Ferry Terminal, which is about a 15-minute walk along the waterfront. Take the ferry to Dunoon, which offers beautiful views of the Firth of Clyde. The ferry ride takes about 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Dunoon, walk towards the bus stop near the ferry terminal and catch the number 489 bus towards Benmore. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at the Benmore Botanic Garden stop.
