Getting There

  • Train

    From Glasgow Central Station, take a train to Gourock. Train services are frequent, typically every 15-30 minutes. Upon arrival at Gourock station, exit the station and walk towards the ferry terminal located just a short distance away. The ferry terminal is easily identifiable and well-signposted.

  • Ferry

    Once at the Gourock ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Dunoon. The ferry ride provides stunning views of the Firth of Clyde and takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Dunoon, disembark and follow the signs towards the town center.

  • Bus

    After disembarking the ferry in Dunoon, locate the bus stop nearby. Take the number 1 bus (or any local bus heading towards Sandbank) from Dunoon to Sandbank. The bus journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach Holy Loch Marina, or look for signs indicating the marina.
