Car
If you're driving from Cardiff, take the A470 northbound towards Merthyr Tydfil. Follow the A465 heads towards Ebbw Vale. After passing through the town, take the exit towards Ebbw Vale/Blaina and follow the signs for Ebbw Vale town centre. Continue on the Steel Works Road, and you will see Ebbw Vale Works Museum on your right. There is parking available nearby, but keep in mind that parking fees may apply.

To reach Ebbw Vale Works Museum by train, take the train from Cardiff Central station to Ebbw Vale Town station. Trains run regularly, with a journey time of approximately 50 minutes. Once at Ebbw Vale Town station, exit the station and walk north on the Steel Works Road for about 10-15 minutes. The museum will be located on your left. Note that train tickets will incur costs, typically around £10-£15 for a return trip.

You can also reach Ebbw Vale by bus. From Cardiff, catch the X4 or X5 service from Cardiff Central Bus Station to Ebbw Vale. The journey takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ebbw Vale bus station, it is a short walk to the museum. Head east on the Steel Works Road, and the museum will be on your left. Bus fares vary, but expect to pay around £5-£10 for a single journey.
