From the center of Brecon, take the A40 road towards Abergavenny. Continue on the A40 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the town of Crickhowell. Upon entering Crickhowell, follow the signs for the town center. The castle is located on High Street, NP8 1BE. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of any local parking regulations.

Public Transportation - Bus
Catch the bus from Brecon to Abergavenny (Bus service number 43 or 44). The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Abergavenny, transfer to the bus heading to Crickhowell (service number 81). After approximately 15 minutes, you will arrive in Crickhowell. From the bus stop, walk towards High Street and you will find Crickhowell Castle located at NP8 1BE. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
