    From Inverness, head to the bus station located at 12-14 Farraline Park, Inverness IV1 1NH. Take the Stagecoach bus service (route number 10) towards Forres. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes to reach Forres. Once you arrive at Forres bus station, disembark and look for the bus stop on the opposite side of the road for the local bus service to Findhorn (route number 31). This bus will take you directly to Findhorn, and you should alight at the stop closest to the beach. The total journey time from Inverness to Findhorn Beach using this route is around 1 hour.

  • Train and Bus

    Start at Inverness Railway Station, located at Station Square, Inverness IV1 1LG. Board a train heading towards Aberdeen, which usually departs every hour. Get off at Forres station after about 25 minutes. From Forres train station, exit and walk to the nearby bus stop to catch the local bus service (route number 31) to Findhorn. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Once you reach Findhorn, head towards the North Shore area where the beach is located. The total travel time will be approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
