Walking
From the city center of Inverness, head east on Church Street towards the River Ness. Continue walking until you reach the Ness Walk path. Follow the path along the river until you reach the bridge at the end of Ness Walk. Cross the bridge and turn left onto the B865. Continue straight on the B865, which becomes Sir Walter Scott Drive. Inshes Retail Park will be on your right; My Movement Space is located within this retail park.

From Inverness Bus Station, take bus number 5 towards Inshes. You will need to get off at the stop named 'Inshes Retail Park'. The journey should take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Inshes Retail Park stop, My Movement Space is located within the park; just follow the signs to the facility.
