Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the city center of Inverness, start at the Eastgate Shopping Centre. Exit the shopping centre onto Academy Street and walk towards the train station. As you walk, you will pass the Inverness Castle on your right. Continue straight until you reach the River Ness. Cross the river using the pedestrian bridge. After crossing, turn left and follow the riverbank path, which will lead you to Bught Road. Once on Bught Road, continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Whin Park on your right.

  • Public Transport

    From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located outside the Eastgate Shopping Centre. Look for the bus service number 4 or 5 heading towards 'Bught Park'. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Whin Park. The journey should take about 10 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk towards Bught Road and you will see the entrance to Whin Park.

  • Bicycle

    If you have rented a bicycle, start from the city centre and head towards the River Ness. Follow the river path until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue along the river path until you reach a sign for Bught Road. Turn right onto Bught Road and cycle for about 10 minutes until you reach Whin Park on your left.
