Follow the A846 for about 6 miles until you reach the junction for the ferry terminal to Islay. However, Kildalton Cross is located on the nearby Isle of Islay. To get to Kildalton Cross, you will need to take the ferry from Jura to Islay, which can be booked in advance. Once on Islay, drive southeast on the A846 for about 8 miles. You will see signs for Kildalton Cross. The cross is located on an unnamed road off the A846. Look for parking spaces nearby.

Public Transport
From Craighouse, take a bus to the ferry terminal at Feolin. The bus schedule can vary, so check local timetables in advance. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, take the ferry to Islay. Upon arrival at Islay, you can catch a local bus heading southeast toward Port Ellen. Get off at the Kildalton Cross stop. If the bus does not go directly to Kildalton Cross, you might need to walk a short distance from the nearest bus stop, following local signs.

To reach Kildalton Cross from Jura, you will need to take the ferry from Feolin to Islay. Ferries operate frequently, but it is wise to check the schedule on the Caledonian MacBrayne website.
