If you are starting from Liverpool Lime Street Station, exit the station and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, turn left onto Lord Nelson Street and walk straight until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto St. George's Place. Continue straight and follow the road as it curves to the right, becoming Great George Street. Keep walking until you reach the junction with Nelson Street. Turn left onto Nelson Street, and you will find the Chinese Arch on your right.

If you are starting from the Liverpool ONE shopping area, exit the shopping complex onto South John Street. Head towards the waterfront, and then turn right onto Thomas Steers Way. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the junction with the Strand. Cross the road and head towards the Albert Dock area. From there, continue straight until you reach the junction with Nelson Street. Turn left onto Nelson Street, and the Chinese Arch will be on your right-hand side.
