Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Llandudno to Conwy Quay, begin by heading south on the A470 (Conwy Road) towards Conwy. Continue on this road for approximately 3 miles (5 km) until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the A55 towards Chester. After about 1.5 miles, take the exit for Conwy (A547). Follow the signs for Conwy and continue on the A547. As you approach Conwy, you will see signs directing you to the town center. Keep following these signs until you reach Lower Gate Street, where Conwy Quay is located. Parking is available in the nearby car parks, but be aware that there may be a charge, typically around £2-£3 for a few hours.

  To reach Conwy Quay by train from Llandudno, walk to the Llandudno train station. Take a train towards Blaenau Ffestiniog. The train will stop at Conwy station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the quay. Once you arrive at Conwy station, head south on Station Road, then turn left onto the A547. Continue straight until you reach Lower Gate Street where Conwy Quay is located. Train tickets typically cost around £3-£5 one way.

  If you prefer to travel by bus, you can catch a bus from Llandudno to Conwy. Look for the bus service number 19 or 20, which connects Llandudno with Conwy. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Buses depart from the main bus station in Llandudno. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Conwy, walk towards Lower Gate Street, which is approximately a 5-minute walk. A single bus fare is usually around £2.
