Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, exit the station onto Piccadilly Approach. Turn right and walk along the road until you reach the main street, Piccadilly. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes; you will see The Piccadilly Gardens on your left. The entrance is marked and is easily accessible.

    From St. Peter's Square, head towards the tram stop. Once you reach the tram stop, walk down the street towards Mosley Street. Continue straight on Mosley Street until you reach the junction with Piccadilly. Turn left onto Piccadilly and walk for about 5 minutes. The Piccadilly Gardens will be on your right.

    If you're at the Arndale Centre, exit the centre and head towards Market Street. Walk down Market Street until you reach Piccadilly Gardens; it should take about 10 minutes. You will see the gardens ahead as you approach the end of the street.

    If you're near the tram network, take any tram heading towards Piccadilly Gardens. Alight at the 'Piccadilly Gardens' stop. Upon exiting the tram, you will find yourself directly in the gardens. The area is well-signposted.

    Locate the nearest bus stop serving routes towards the city centre. Board any bus that goes towards Piccadilly. Alight at the Piccadilly Gardens stop. The gardens are right in front of you as you get off the bus.
