Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, Elgin. Head southeast on the A96 towards Keith. After approximately 12 miles, take the exit onto the A95 towards Ballindalloch. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach Ballindalloch. Drumin Castle is located just north of the village, near the B9010 road. Look for signs directing you to the castle. Please note that parking may be limited, so plan accordingly.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train from Elgin to Keith. From Keith Station, board a bus towards Ballindalloch. The bus service may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance. Once you arrive in Ballindalloch, it's approximately a 1-mile walk to Drumin Castle. Follow the signs towards the castle, which is located just north of the village. Be prepared for a short walk that may include some uneven terrain.

If you are already in Ballindalloch, you can easily walk to Drumin Castle. Starting from the village center, head north along the B9010 road. Follow the road for about 1 mile until you reach the castle grounds. The walk should take around 20-30 minutes, and the scenic views along the way make it a pleasant journey.
