If you're driving, the easiest way to reach Alance Bridge is by taking the M61 motorway. From Manchester, head north on the M61 towards Bolton. Take the exit for A666 towards Bolton. Merge onto A666 and continue for about 4 miles. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto A577, then turn left onto Hodge Brow. Alance Bridge will be located at the end of Hodge Brow. Note that parking may be limited, so plan accordingly.
