If you're driving from central Perth, take the A9 northbound towards Inverness. Continue on the A9 for approximately 26 miles (about 40 minutes). Take the exit for the A924 towards Pitlochry/Blair Atholl. Merge onto A924 and follow signs for Blair Atholl. Continue on this road until you reach Blair Atholl village. The Atholl Estates Office is located at Blair Atholl, Pitlochry PH18 5TH, just off the main road through the village. There is parking available near the office.

To reach Atholl Estates Office via public transport, you can take a train from Perth Station to Pitlochry. Trains run regularly and the journey takes about 30 minutes.
