If you are driving, head towards Lerwick, the main town in Shetland. From the A970 road, follow the signs to Lerwick. Once you enter Lerwick, continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the junction of the A970 and A968. Take the first exit onto the A968. Follow this road until you see the Shetland Museum & Archives on your right. There is parking available nearby.

Once you arrive at the Lerwick bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Walk straight along Commercial Street, then turn right onto the A968.
