If you are traveling by car, start from Shrewsbury. Take the A488 south towards Minsterley. After approximately 9 miles, turn left onto the B4386 towards Minsterley. Continue on the B4386 until you reach the village of Minsterley. Once in Minsterley, follow the signs for the Stiperstones National Nature Reserve. There is parking available at the reserve, which may incur a small fee depending on the time of year.

Public Transportation
To reach Stiperstones National Nature Reserve by public transportation, take a bus from Shrewsbury to Minsterley. The bus service is operated by Arriva, and you can catch the bus from Shrewsbury bus station. Once you arrive in Minsterley, you may need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach the entrance of the reserve. Follow the road signs towards Stiperstones, and enjoy the scenic views along the way. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips, as they may be limited, especially on weekends.

Walking from Minsterley
If you choose to walk from Minsterley, from the village center head towards the B4386 and follow the road signs leading to Stiperstones. The walk is approximately 1.5 miles and will take around 30 minutes. Be aware of the weather conditions, as the path can be hilly and uneven in places. It’s advisable to wear appropriate footwear for walking.
