If you are traveling by car to The Village in Portmeirion, start from the main road A487. From Porthmadog, take the A497 towards Penrhyndeudraeth. There is a car park at the entrance of the village, which charges a fee of approximately £6 for the day. Once parked, you can walk to the entrance of The Village.
