If you are driving, enter the following address into your GPS: Car Park, Dolmelynllyn, Ganllwyd, Dolgellau LL40 2TF. From the center of Dolgellau, take the A470 northwards and after approximately 3 miles, take the turn onto the B4404 towards Ganllwyd. Follow the signs for the National Trust property, and you will find the car park at Dolmelynllyn. Parking is available on site, and there may be a fee depending on the length of your stay.

To reach National Trust - South Snowdonia via public transport, take a bus from Dolgellau to Ganllwyd. The bus service (number 38) runs several times a day, but be sure to check the current timetable as it may vary. Once you arrive in Ganllwyd, it's approximately a 15-minute walk to the car park at Dolmelynllyn. Follow the main road (B4404) northwards until you see signs for the National Trust property. Be prepared for a bit of a walk, as the bus will drop you at the nearest stop.
