Car
From Cardiff, take the A4232 towards Barry. Continue on the A4232 until you reach the roundabout with the A4050. Take the exit onto the A4050 towards Barry, and follow this road for approximately 5 miles. As you approach Barry, follow signs for Fonmon Castle. Turn left onto Fonmon Road (B4265) and continue for about 1 mile. Fonmon Castle will be on your right at Fonmon, Vale of Glamorgan, Barry CF62 3ZN. Parking is available on-site.

Public Transportation
From Cardiff Central Station, take the train towards Barry Island. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Barry station. From Barry station, you can either take a taxi (approximately £10) to Fonmon Castle, or you can take the bus. Catch the 94 or 95 bus heading towards Rhoose. Get off at the stop for Fonmon and walk about 15 minutes to reach the castle. Make sure to check the bus schedules as they may vary, especially on weekends.
