Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, head towards Cardiff city center. Use the M4 motorway and take the exit for A4232 towards Cardiff Bay. Follow signs for Cardiff Bay, and then turn onto Pierhead Street. The Senedd is located at Senedd, Pierhead St, Cardiff CF99 1SN. There are several car parks nearby, such as the Cardiff Bay multi-storey car park, which charges approximately £1.50 per hour.

• Public Transportation - Train

  Take a train to Cardiff Central Station. From there, you can either walk to The Senedd, which is about a 20-minute stroll, or catch the Cardiff Bay train from the Central Station towards Cardiff Bay. Disembark at the Cardiff Bay station. Once you exit the station, walk along the waterfront, and follow the signs to The Senedd, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  If you prefer to take a bus, look for services heading to Cardiff Bay. The Cardiff Bus service operates routes that connect various parts of South Glamorgan to Cardiff Bay. For example, take the number 6 or 7 bus from central Cardiff towards Cardiff Bay. Get off at the 'The Senedd' stop, which is just outside the building. A single adult fare is typically around £1.50.

• Walking

  If you are in the Cardiff Bay area or nearby, The Senedd is easily accessible by foot. Follow the waterfront promenade along the Cardiff Bay, and you will eventually reach The Senedd. It is well-signposted, and the walk offers beautiful views of the bay.
