As a travel advisor, having trusted local partners who take care of my clients is extremely important. Tony with Highland Guided Tours went above and beyond for my clients during their time in Inverness. When one of my clients became ill and couldn't participate in the tour, Tony made sure her daughter still had a wonderful experience. Afterward, when her mother needed medical attention, Tony personally helped them get to the hospital, showed them where to go, and made sure they had information to arrange transportation back to their hotel. That level of kindness and genuine care means so much, especially when clients are traveling far from home.
