Getting There

• Walking

  From Windsor town center, head towards Windsor Castle. Once you reach the castle, exit through the main gate and walk towards the Long Walk. Continue along the Long Walk until you reach the roundabout. From there, take a right onto the A308. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Windsor & Eton Central train station. Take a train from Windsor to London Waterloo, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Waterloo, transfer to the London Underground, taking the Jubilee Line towards Stanmore. Get off at Green Park station. From Green Park, transfer to the Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters and get off at Piccadilly Circus. Finally, take a short 10-minute walk, heading east on Piccadilly, then turn right onto Duke of York Street to reach The Red Lion at 2 Duke of York St, London SW1Y 6JP.

• Train and Walking

  Take the train from Windsor & Eton Central station to London Waterloo. Make sure to buy your ticket at the station. After arriving at Waterloo, follow the signs for the London Underground and take the Jubilee Line towards Stanmore. Get off at Green Park station. At Green Park, transfer to the Piccadilly Line and head towards Cockfosters, getting off at Piccadilly Circus. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk: exit the station and walk east on Piccadilly, then turn right onto Duke of York Street to find The Red Lion at 2 Duke of York St, London SW1Y 6JP.
